The public contact form asks for information you choose to provide so Curvevo can handle your inquiry. Hosting and security providers also process basic technical records when serving the site.

When activity measurement is enabled, Curvevo records comparison opens and clicks on official venue websites, directions, and partner-contact links. Records contain the action type and, when relevant, the public venue identifier or number of tracks compared.

This measurement does not set cookies, create visitor identifiers, or include search text, page query strings, contact-form contents, or referrer URLs in its event records. Curvevo skips these events when the browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Hosting providers may still create their normal technical and security records.

These limited events help Curvevo understand which discovery tools are useful. They are stored in hosting logs, whose availability and retention depend on the hosting configuration. They do not establish that a booking or purchase occurred.

Find near me asks your browser for your location only after you press the button. You can decline and search by track, city, or state instead. If you allow access, Curvevo uses the returned coordinates in your browser to sort listings by approximate straight-line distance, not driving distance or travel time.

This feature keeps your coordinates only in memory in the current browser tab. It does not send them to Curvevo's servers, include them in page addresses or activity measurement, or save them in cookies or browser storage. Stop using location clears them from the feature; reloading or closing the tab also clears them. Opening a shared nearby-search link does not share your location or automatically request someone else's.

Curvevo uses contact-form information to review the inquiry, respond when appropriate, manage venue or listing requests, prevent abuse, and maintain the reliability of the service.

Public racer accounts, payments, and booking are not open during the discovery launch, so the public site does not ask visitors for account, payment, or booking information.

Contact inquiries are stored in Curvevo's protected database workflow. Access is limited to authorized administrative operations and service providers needed to host, secure, or operate the platform.

Curvevo aims to retain personal information only while it is reasonably needed for the inquiry, operational records, security, or legal obligations.

You may ask Curvevo to review, correct, or delete information you submitted. Curvevo may need enough information to identify the relevant inquiry and may retain limited records when reasonably required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through the contact form.

This notice will be updated when Curvevo opens new public data features or materially changes how visitor information is handled. The date at the top identifies the current version.
